What does my course purchase include?
Your purchase gives you immediate access to the complete course workbook (PDF), streaming video, downloadable audio (MP3), online grading, and your certificate of completion (Once you pass the final exam). All materials needed to complete the course and earn credit are included—no hidden fees.
How do I complete a course and get my CPE certificate?
Read the course workbook, watch the video, or listen to the audio. Then take the online final exam and score at least 70%. Upon passing, your certificate of completion is instantly available for download by you on our website.
How long do I have access to my course?
You have unlimited access for at least one year from your purchase date. Your records and certificate will be available for at least five years, in accordance with Board rules.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Are your courses accepted by my state Board?
123CPE.org is a NASBA QAS-approved provider. Please confirm requirements for your own state when looking to take courses from our system.
What formats are available?
Courses are available via our website portal in both dark mode and regular mode. We offer the same course workbook as PDF (download/print), MP3 audio (download/stream), and video (stream). All course content is web-based and ADA accessible.
Do I need to complete the course in one sitting?
No. You may work at your own pace, save your progress, and return to complete the final exam at any time during your access period. You can take the final exam as many times as you need to. No 3 strike rule like other CPE platforms.
Can I retake the final exam if I don’t pass?
Yes. You may retake the final exam as many times as needed until you achieve a passing score.
How quickly is my certificate available?
Your CPE certificate is generated instantly after you pass the final exam. You download it from our portal as a PDF file.

How long are my records retained?
We retain your course records for at least five (5) years as required by the Florida Board of Accountancy. You may request a copy at any time.
